Lingarri Homestead is a guesthouse, offering guests self-contained accommodation in the beautiful Beechworth hinterland, nestled amongst majestic gums and abundant wild life. Only 2 kilometers from Beechworth and half an hour from major towns, it's the perfect place to base yourself while you explore the regions food and wine. The property adjoins the Beechworth Historic National Park, through which many walking, cycling and horse riding trails meander. So pack your walking boots, put the bikes on the rack or hitch up the horse float (don't forget the horse) for a weekend to remember.

Lingarri Homestead is a large rambling country abode with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms available to guests. It comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate 10. Small groups of 4 or less have use of the family room or the 2 double/twin share rooms.The informal sitting/eating area plus kitchenette, spa deck, gardens, veranda and BBQ area, are also available to you. Larger groups booking the entire accommodation have use of all 4 bedrooms, the kitchenette, formal and informal lounge/dining room, 8 seater spa and deck, gardens, verandas and BBQ area. The kitchenette includes tea and coffee making facilities, your continental breakfast provisions, a gas stove, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware. One night bookings are available during the week for couples and small groups but weekends generally require a 2 night minimum booking. The owners live on site and make sure that everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. The only thing you have to worry about is ... you.

This sunny room has a northerly aspect overlooking the front garden and spectacular gums. The beds can be set up as 4 singles, or a king sized bed and a bunk. A walk in robe leads through to the en-suite and corner bath/shower. Enjoy the view into the fernery as you soak away your troubles. French doors lead out onto the veranda where your can sit and enjoy the absolute peace and quite of the bush. You'll also have sole use of the kitchenette, informal sitting/eating area, spa deck, verandas and BBQ area. The gardens and bushland will also be waiting for you to explore. These rooms offers guests a choice between a twin share or a double. French doors lead out onto a very private balcony which overlooks the eastern garden and bushland. The light filled bathroom is shared between the two rooms and is adjacent to both. The informal sitting/eating room, spa deck, verandas and garden are yours to explore and enjoy. The kitchenette is at your disposal and is set up for you to cook your own meals and houses your tea & coffee supplies. Continental breakfast provisions are included in the tarif. Lingarri Homestead is a solar powered guesthouse for large groups of 5 to 10 people. You can book all of the homestead's accommodation that has been set aside for guests. This includes;- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the formal room (with its comfy leather lounges and 10 seater redwood dining table), the open fire place, the kitchenette (stocked with tea & coffee supplies, juice, fresh milk, bread, cereals and spreads), the informal sitting/eating area (a great spot for pre-dinner drinks, watching a movie or playing a few board games with friends), complimentary spa sessions in the 8 seater hot tub, a well stocked library and magazine rack, the BBQ area, verandas (with loads of places to sit and watch the birds or watch the sun go down through the gums), and the gardens and surrounding bushland just waiting for you to explore.
