Welcome to the Yea Peppercorn Hotel - a Yea Bed and Breakfast that has been lovingly restored with a rustic ambience giving you that unique country welcome upon arrival. Our hosts Tim and Jess will ensure your stay at our Yea accommodation is relaxing and comfortable.
Luxury accommodation in one of our suites for 2 nights, *dinner for two, both nights 2 courses & coffee. Breakfast for 2, both mornings at our café 'Elmers of Yea'.

Located within easy reach of the Yarra Valley, Yea is the ideal weekend getaway in Victoria, serving as a launching point for touring some of the prettiest landscape you will find within 1 ¼ hours of Melbourne. Drive through charming Flowerdale or the tall trees and ancient rainforests of Kinglake National Park and you will find the small heritage town of Yea. Whilst staying at the Peppercorn Hotel, take an easy stroll through the Yea Wetlands which abound with native Flora & Fauna, or take a leisurely sojourn through the wineries of the nearby Yarra Valley. Visit the many local cellar doors found in Yea, Caveat & Alexandra for a more rustic wine tasting experience, where you will probably get to speak to the winemaker. For a more energetic weekend getaway in Victoria, go bushwalking in the Kinglake National Park or visit the Murrindindi website for adventure activities like abseiling, horse riding and water sports on nearby Lake Eildon.
