We provide 1 bedroom apartments, 1 plus 1 studio apartments and penthouse units. The 1 bedroom are spacious and fully self contained. The 1 plus 1 studio apartment are popular with families and consist of a master bedroom with a large bedroom area off the lounge dinning room incorporating 2 single beds and floor to ceiling white plantation timber shutters separating this area from the rest of the unit. There is also an additional toilet/vanity in the fully equipped laundry. These apartments look over the pool area and across Second Avenue towards the ocean Please refer to the Photo Gallery page for an example.

The Penthouse apartments consist of either a half floor unit or 2 bedroom, 2 level apartment with powder room, ensuite, full bathroom and laundry as well as being fully self contained. As with all our units there are verandas. Our spacious bedrooms are well appointed with all linen provided, plenty of storage space and most with ensuite.

Check out the view from your private balcony. Enjoy the great outdoors whilst entertaining friends at the poolside BBQ area or just take time out relaxing by the pool reading that favourite magazine or book. Apart from a stylish interior, our apartments are fully equipped with remote TV (including FOXTEL) for your entertainment. The kitchen features the latest stainless steel appliances and includes all utensils and appliances. Finally, the laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

Enjoy the heated swimming pool and spa, have a BBQ in our tropical landscaped gardens. 2 minute walk to patrolled beach. Take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk by the beach to the shops or restaurants at Broabeach. Theme park tickets are available at our on site tour desk as are many other day trips and tours.

Directions

San Mateo on Broadbeach is on the corner of Old Burleigh Road and Second Avenue, Broadbeach. If travelling south turn left at Second Avenue opposite the Broadbeach Fire Brigade Station. Traveling north along the Gold Coast Highway turn right at the Broadbeach Fire Brigade Station into Second Avenue then left into Old Burleigh Road, we are situated on the corner.
