San Mateo Broadbeach is centrally located and only 50 metres back from the patrolled beach between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.We are just a short stroll along the beach promenade to the Broadbeach and Oasis shopping centre restaurants and cafes. The property is also handy to Jupiters Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Pacific Fair shops and movie theatres. We have cafe and coffee venues very close at hand. San Mateo also does its own car hire with excellent specials for in-house guests. Our reception also has the licence to book all your tours and tickets for ALL attractions on the Gold Coast.
San Mateo is a 4 star Mediterranean style medium rise building with just 29 apartments consisting of 1 bedroom, 2 Bedroom Family, and 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Sub Penthouse and Penthouse units all with balconies. Many units have ocean views. All units have a queen bed, two bedroom apartments have two single beds in second BR and the penthouse apartments vary but some have a queen bed, double bed and a single bed while others have a queen and two single beds. Many apartments also have a pull-out sofa bed. All apartments are fully self-contained with dishwasher, microwave and full stove, washing machine and dryer Remote control television with free Foxtel is available in all units. Linen, bath towels, soap and starter tea/coffee/milk and small toiletries are supplied and included in the tariff.

Enjoy the heated swimming pool and spa, have a BBQ in our tropical landscaped gardens. 2 minute walk to patrolled beach. Take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk by the beach to the shops or restaurants at Broabeach. Bikes and boogie boards are available for hire. Theme park tickets are available at our onsite tour desk as are many other day trips and tours.

Directions

Car hire available from the airport or on site. San Mateo on Broadbeach is on the corner of Old Burleigh Road and Second Avenue, Broadbeach. If travelling south turn left at Second Avenue opposite the Broadbeach Fire Station. Travelling north along the Gold Coast Highway turn right at the Broadbeach Fire Station into Second Avenue then left into Old Burleigh Road, we are situated on the corner.
