Close to Chevron Renaissance new shopping complex where Coles, cafes, restaurants and shops are all situated and within walking distance of the night life and razzamatazz of Surfers Paradise.
The apartments all have a master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, plus another bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, you just need to bring food!
Our facilities include a lovely outdoor swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, plus showers and toilet, a large indoor heated spa pool, sauna, half size tennis court and bbq area.

Things To Do
The main surf patrolled beach is 6 minutes walk away, a great place to laze and spend the day. The main highway is 3 minutes walk, providing public transport to the fantastic shops at Australia Fair to the North and Pacific Fair to the South, or to the Theme Parks. Surfers Paradise is a short walk to restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Directions
From Brisbane and Gold Coast Airport just follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. Stay on the Gold Coast Highway into Surfers Paradise and turn into Palm Avenue just by the Bundy Jump and travel 300m to the the river, Spectrum Apartments is on the corner of Palm Avenue and River Drive.
