Burleigh Heads is known for it's great surfing, fabulous beaches and great family atmosphere.There is nothing better than sitting on the southern headland and watching the surfers hit the waves where there is some of the best surf in the world. The beaches in Burleigh are lined with beautiful parkland, with picnic and BBQ areas for you to enjoy. A great place to enjoy a layed back holiday away from the hustle & bustle. Markets are also held in park on the last Sunday of each month where you can see local produce & wares. Burleigh Heads National Park has a number of walking trails which you can follow around the coastline, which are easy walking for the whole family with spectacular views and where you can get some amazing photos. Burleigh Heads also has a great range of dining cuisine and bars to choose from and great shopping close by.
