The village of Coolum Beach is located at the centre of the Australian Sunshine Coast, an easy 90 minutes drive north of Brisbane, the Queensland state capital.
Renowned throughout the world for its magnificent patrolled surfing beach, Coolum marks the start of a stunning 17km stretch of broad, white sand beaches that arc gently north to the magnificent Noosa National Park.
At the heart of Coolum is the low-key, friendly beach village, providing a wide array of shopping, service facilities and casual restaurants, while Noosa Beach and the hinterland villages of Maleny and Montville, with their array of boutiques, galleries, bars and countless more world class restaurants, are all less than half an hour away.
For interstate and overseas visitors, the Sunshine Coast regional airport (with direct flights and links to all state capitals) is just seven kilometres to the south, while the regional centre of Maroochydore is just a short drive beyond that.
Close by you'll find three superb golf courses and two major world class resort complexes.
