For Standard Bookings:
*More than 31 days notice = Full refund of Deposits paid
*31-8 Days Notice From Date of Arrival = Deposit is retained as a cancellation fee
*7 days or less Notice from date of arrival = Full Amount of Accommodation is Forfeited

For Special Event Periods:
*Bookings are non refundable in the event of a cancellation

Security Fees:

A $500 security fee ,ay be payable on bookings. This is only payable with a credit card (cash not accepted), and is refunded upon departure, pending inspection. Any damages to property or lost/stolen items will be paid for from the security fees, and any further costs wil be recovereed from guests, should they exceed the security fee charged.
