Bedding Configuration Sleeps up to 6 people [2 Queen Bed + Single Beds + Fold-up Bed on request] Master bedroom suite: Queen size bed, TV, walk-in robe, Full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer. Second bedroom: Queen size bed, single bed and a built-in robe. Bathroom: Hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer. Laundry: Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and Foxtel (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with ceiling fans to the bedrooms, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has a private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, dead bolts are fitted to balcony sliding doors

Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and must be paid at the time of making the booking. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival date. We will send you a courtesy reminder 5-6 weeks before arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that where the booking is for more than 4 persons in 2 bedroom property, 6 persons in a 3 bedroom property and 8 persons in a 4 bedroom property rollaway beds will be provided at an additional cost of $55 per person per booking. A non refundable booking fee, at the discretion of the Agent, of $16.50 may apply when the payment of the deposit is processed for bookings of less than 5 days duration.

Please note: A security bond of AUD$500 is applicable for your stay at this property and will be charged against your designated credit card prior to arrival.
