A deposit of 3 nights accommodation will confirm a reservation for peak season eg: Christmas/ New Year Holiday Period.

The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or other time if prior arrangement made). A reservation that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid within 7 days of reservation is not guaranteed.

Pacific Towers Apartments adopts the following policy when dealing with the cancellation or amendment of a reservation:

If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date for LOW SEASON, & 28 days or more prior to arrival date for MID & HIGH SEASON, there will be a full refund minus
a $100 administration fee.

If the reservation is cancelled (or made and then cancelled) Less than 14 days prior to arrival date for LOW SEASON, there will be a full refund minus 1 nights accommodation or $100 whichever is the greater value as an administration fee.

We offer high quality luxury apartment accommodation, just metre’s from Park Beach & within close proximity to nearby beaches such as Diggers Beach, we also have only Norfolk Pines and native vegetation as neighbors.

Our Spacious, superbly decorated and fully equipped, one, two and three bedroom apartments all with ensuite bathrooms and laundry - Which can be booked by the night, week or month.

Each apartment has a private balcony looking toward the ocean all apartments from the 7th level upwards have ocean views so you can catch the sunrise, watch the whales ( in season), enjoy the dolphins playing just out beyond the waves or just simply relax watching the ocean and as well, some units have views of the city of Coffs Harbour, its hinterland and the sunset.

We also have a 20mt heated pool & spa, perfect for relaxing after a morning at the beach or you can have a work out on our full size tennis court, and a well equipped BBQ and Cabana area.

Each apartment in this 17 story complex is airconditioned, has a full kitchen & laundry facilities, DVD / CD player, 33 channels of Austar TV, all linen supplied. Our apartment accommodation includes everything you need for a hassle free holiday at very reasonable prices.

Across the road from Pacific Towers apartments is magnificent Park Beach a popular swimming and surfing beach. The local surf club is located on the southern end of Park Beach and is regularly patrolled.

Park Beach has excellent café for breakfast and lunch and there are half a dozen good Restaurants within easy walking distance of Pacific Towers Apartments. There is also Park Beach Shopping Plaza nearby, Coffs CBD is a short drive away (aprox 2.5km)
“Coffs” as its known locally, has everything you need – plenty of top places to eat and drink, plus excellent shopping and good access to all kinds of holiday activities such as Pet Porpoise Pool, Horse Riding, F1 Go Karting, Dorigo Rainforest Centre, Fishing Boat Charter’s, Whale watching (in season), Solitary Island’s Marine Mark, White Water & Surf Rafting, Helicopter flights, and of course the Big Banana Adventure Park plus many more activities.
