As Sullivans Cove Apartments are waterfront, be aware that there is occasional noise from the docks or general hustle and bustle of the city's waterfront.
Apartments are normally serviced weekly for stays of up to 7 nights. For stays of 8 nights and more, apartments will be serviced every 4 days but additional serving can be organised at a cost of $120 per service.

Please note that as these are serviced apartments and not a hotel, reception operates during office hours (8.45am to 5.30pm). If arriving outside these times please ensure you have supplied a mobile number and made alternative arrangments for check in with the Manager. Please note that the apartment car parks are all a short drive from the Sullivans Cove Apartment office so please leave luggage in your car whilst checking in. Directions to the apartment car park will be given when checking in at the office.
Sullivans Cove Apartments has a zero tolerance to excessive noise. If clients make any excessive noise they are asked to leave without the issue of a warning. Be conscious that this is a residential area and request that all of our guests treat this as such. If this is ignored we will take action to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay.
