The Sunshine Coast Airport located at Maroochydore is the closest jet airport to Noosa Heads at only a 30 minute drive south. With direct flights from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Eumundi market is something of an institution in the area, offering a wide range of arts and crafts as well as other goods. The hinterland behind the Sunshine Coast is also noted for its arts and crafts and the pretty villages of Maleny and Montville are well worth a visit.
