2. Appropriate Policies and Practices considered necessary to establish and enjoy a risk free and safe presence and enviroment have not been developed and are not in place. Oceana's Owner's and Managers are not in a situation to create or fund a risk free safe enviroment for Owners and their Guests on their property in a Schoolies Festival enviroment with associated behaviour and activities.

3. In these circumstances we recommend Schoolies Festival bookings/reservations be made with Schoolies

Schoolies Festival Students/Parents who make reservations/bookings providing false, inaccurate or incomplete details such as age/number of guests and Schoolies Festival purpose of stay - or who disregard Oceana's above stated Schoolies Festival position will have that booking/reservation cancelled, deposit forfeited and no alternative accommodation will be provided.
