Welcome to the BookToday property sign up process. BookToday is a 365 day reservation system located in Australia. It is free to join our system and all that we ask is that you show availability for the rooms that you advertise on our system. We are connected with the Siteminder, Horizon, Hisite and Ezychannel Channel Managers for ease of updating your availability and pricing on our system.
Some of the features on our system include:
- 365 day reservation system
- Self explanatory and easy to use reservation system
- Ability to set % deposits (eg. 50% of total booking amount), as well as set value deposits (eg. $250.00)
- Connected to Siteminder, Horizon, Hisite and Ezychannel Channel Managers for ease of updating pricing and availability
- Discounting system for advertising special rates (eg. pay 4, stay for 5)
- Flexibility to use either flat rate pricing (eg. thu $125, fri $150, sat $150), as well as tariff rate pricing (eg. 5 nights $125 per night, 7 nights $115 per night)
- Exposure to over 100 affiliate websites
To join our system to be listed on Booktoday, we require you to:
- Agree to pay BookToday 11% (10% plus GST) booking fee for any booking made through the BookToday website.
- Agree to allow BookToday to have access to photos and property information to promote your property. (Usually taken from your website or other booking site.)
- Agree to keep availablilty information up to date on your property listing - please note this is a 365 day calendar and we do take a lot of forward bookings
- Agree to offer the best rate advertised - please note we do offer a specials button or a discount rate if needed through quiet times.
